Goodwill Ambassador for Japanese Cuisine

“Food is science, food is border-less. My food comes from heart, and I am still having so fun creating after 45 years.” – Hidekazu Tojo, the newly appointed Goodwill Ambassador of Japanese cuisine. An intimate ceremony was held and attendees included local media, Chef Tojo’s closest friends, long term customers, and family, who flew in from Japan just for this special event.
