At Tojo’s we aspire at every meal to delight you with at least one dish you’ve never had before yet which is perfect for your palate. All of our meat, fish and vegetables are, as much as possible local, sustainable, organic, fresh and seasonal. That means that on almost any day, the best we have to offer is something that is not on our menu. That said, we know that people have their favorites, so consider our menu a jumping off place. See Below. Please ask your server for dishes new today, and also let them know your likes and dislikes, allergies and preferences. We will make every effort to custom-build a unique meal. Our fish is never farmed. We pickle our own ginger and never, ever use MSG.

The Sake Bar

Most nights, Akira presides over the Sake Bar where you can enjoy a selection of fine Junmai-Ginjo and other premium sakes, including some, like “Tojo’s Choice” and Inochi Organic, that are available nowhere else. Akira also mixes a spectrum of cocktails from the tried and true to the true-blue Lychee Orchid, the golden Yuzu-tini, and Nuala’s Fuzzy Champagne. Here you can meetup with friends or just take in the hockey game. And whatever you want from the menu or from Omakase you can have at the Sake Bar.
